Please email us a handwritten letter on a plain white square paper measuring 13cm x 13cm (no lines). Kindly ensure the writing is clear, legible, and the words are not too small, as this size corresponds exactly to the engraving area. Please send the letter to hello@elevae.com.au and include your order number in the email for reference.
 
Please enter the full name, birth date, birth time, birth weight, and height in the text box provided, exactly as you’d like them to appear on the keepsake box. If no birth details are to be added, please leave the field blank in 'Line 2 & 3.' Engraving will be completed exactly as entered, and no proof will be provided.
 
The font used for lines 2 and 3 (birth details) is standardised and cannot be changed.
 
 
Our keepsake boxes are crafted from natural pine, each piece will display unique variations in grain, texture, and knots, which can also cause slight differences in the engraving. The appearance of your box may differ from the images shown and that’s exactly what makes each one so special and truly one of a kind. By placing your order, you acknowledge that these natural variations and minor inconsistencies in the wood and laser work are not faults, but a reflection of the wood’s inherent beauty.
 
 
Processing time: 2 - 5 business days.
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. As a small studio, we take extra care and attention customizing and packing each item, which may require a little more time.
